Download Requirements
- Download and install iTunes 10.7
- Download iOS 6.0.1
- Download iOS 6.1 beta 3
Procedure To install iOS 6.1 Beta 3
STEP 1: First of all, switch on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and connect it to your computer.
STEP 2: After this you have to download the iTunes 10.7 (iTunes 11 has not been tested) from above link.
STEP 3: Now back up your device.
STEP 4: Repeat the previous step but this time also press sync.
STEP 5: Now if you want to keep those apps which are not on your iTunes you might want to “transfer purchases”, so those are saved too.
STEP 6: Following this, left click on your device in iTunes, so it brings it up in the right hand side main window.
STEP 7: After this, if you are not on iOS 6.0.1 then either update it normally or with your phone switched on, hold the shift button, meanwhile click restore and look for your iOS 6.0.1 firmware that you downloaded.
STEP 8: Now hold shift while you click check for update (not restore).
STEP 9: Then select and open iOS 6.1 beta 3 that you have downloaded.
STEP 10: Click “Ok” when it will ask you to update you device to iOS 6.1 beta 3 and don’t touch your phone.
