According to AppleInsider, Apple is making several tests for iOS 4.1 on the next generation iPod Touch, next generation iPad and a new UnKnown product from Apple! According to them, the iOS 4.1 beta 3 includes three new “Configuration Descriptors” within its USB configuration files.
As you noticed in the screenshoot there’s 3 devices mentioned in the tests, the first is called “iPod 4,1″ which refers to the iPod 4G, and “iProd 2,1″ which refers to the next generation iPad as the first iPad 3G was referred as “iProd 1,1″ and the last device is known as “unknownHardware” which is the “UnKnown” Product we are talking about! So what it should be? it’s possible to be a new Apple iTV!
