Yes, That’s right. Spirit has been updated and brings support for iTunes 9.2, The new version is compatible with iTunes 9.2 and it Works only with iOS 3.1.3 and iOS 3.1.2 for iPhone, Also iOS 3.2 for iPad. But not yet for iOS 4 and iPhone 4.
